I TRIED TO ORDER 3 TIMES BUT ALL OF MY ATTEMPTS GET DECLINED
Our address verification settings (AVS) are very strict about credit card holder information. This is to protect you the cardholder from potential unwanted activity on your credit card. Please provide current billing and shipping information exactly as it appears on your most current monthly billing statement from the card issuing bank. If a customer has recently moved and has not updated their address with the card issuing bank, your order may be declined. If the credit card billing address does not match with your shipping address, or the issuing bank's current records, your order may be declined. In any event that your order declines, especially after multiple failed attempts please contact your credit card provider account to confirm how long they take for potential temporary pending charges. Each bank is different in how long it takes for these temporary pending charges to roll out of their system. If any order declines, be assured that we never received your funds. If you suspect you were charged multiple times, call your credit card issuing bank and confirm this. Machete cannot fix these temporary charges for you. Only your credit card provider can.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
An email confirmation is sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This confirms that we have received your order.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
The same day you place an order. If you have received an order confirmation email, this indicates that we have received your order and your payment. Unless your credit card was declined by our system for whatever reason. Which in that case, we would not get an order from you, and you would not be charged anything. If your order was declined, we recommend that you contact your bank to inquire about any potential temporary pending transactions, and when it will roll out of their system.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes. For International ordering payment is by PAYPAL only. Payable in U.S. funds. All orders outside of the U.S.A. ship via USPS Priority Mail International. We currently ship to the following countries: AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BRAZIL, CANADA, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, IRELAND, ITALY, JAPAN, NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, UNITED KINGDOM. You must use the "Checkout With Paypal Button" option to complete your transaction.
CAN YOU MARK THE CUSTOMS FORM AS GIFT OR COMMERCIAL SAMPLE?
No. All international orders ship as merchandise, declaring the purchase value of all of the items.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
At this time, all sales are final. Exchanges and returns are accepted only if Machete made an error on your order. If this is the case, please email Machete customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can correct the error.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We receive all internet orders the same day you place your order with us. Orders are normally verified, packed and shipped out within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
